1. INTRODUCTION
Dear Guest(s),
Thank you for choosing Fly X Journey as your preferred travel partner. We are committed to delivering professionally planned, well-managed, and memorable travel experiences. Every effort is made to ensure that your journey is smooth, enjoyable, and conducted with the highest standards of service and care.
These Terms and Conditions govern all International Tours, International Fixed/Group Tours, Customized Tours, and Tailor-Made Tours organized, marketed, or facilitated by Fly X Journey through its offices, authorized agents, representatives, or digital platforms. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments made from time to time.
In cases where Fly X Journey facilitates third-party products or services, such services shall additionally be governed by the respective supplier’s terms and conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
All travelers must ensure that they are fully eligible to travel internationally. This includes, but is not limited to:
Possession of a valid passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months beyond the date of return (or as required by destination authorities)
Valid visas for all countries to be visited or transited
Required travel and medical insurance coverage
International vaccination certificates or health documentation, where applicable
Compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Government of India, immigration, customs, and foreign exchange regulations
Failure to meet any travel or documentation requirements may result in denial of travel, cancellation, or additional expenses, for which Fly X Journey shall not be held responsible.
3. BOOKINGS & CONTRACT FORMATION
Bookings may be made through Fly X Journey directly or via authorized travel agents. A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon:
Submission of a duly completed and signed booking form
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
Receipt of the prescribed non-refundable booking amount
Where a booking is made on behalf of multiple travelers, the signatory shall be deemed to have full authority to bind all travelers listed in the booking. Such acceptance shall constitute a legally binding contract between Fly X Journey and all travelers included in the booking.
4. PAYMENTS & CONFIRMATION
A non-refundable booking amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance tour cost must be paid strictly as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
Bookings made within the stipulated balance payment period prior to departure require full payment immediately. Failure to adhere to payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking, forfeiture of amounts paid, and application of cancellation charges.
Fly X Journey reserves the right to cancel or withhold services if payments are not received as scheduled.
5. VISA ASSISTANCE & DOCUMENTATION
Fly X Journey provides visa guidance and documentation assistance strictly as a facilitation service. The granting, rejection, duration, or type of visa remains solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
Travelers must ensure that all documents submitted are genuine, complete, and submitted within prescribed timelines. Fly X Journey shall not be liable for delays, rejections, clerical errors, or losses arising from embassy decisions, courier services, or late/incomplete documentation.
Visa-related fees, service charges, and associated expenses are non-refundable once processing has commenced.
6. CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
All requests for cancellation or amendments must be submitted in writing and shall be effective only upon receipt during official working hours.
Cancellation charges shall apply based on the date of receipt of the written request and the applicable cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Amendment requests are subject to availability and may attract amendment fees in addition to cancellation charges.
No refunds shall be granted for unused or partially used services.
7. ITINERARY CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
Fly X Journey reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or services due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, weather conditions, supplier issues, or force majeure events.
Such changes shall not entitle the traveler to any refund or compensation, provided reasonable alternative arrangements are made.
8. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance may be included in select tour packages or offered as an optional add-on. Coverage, exclusions, and claim settlement are governed entirely by the insurance provider’s policy terms.
Fly X Journey acts only as a facilitator and bears no responsibility for claim approvals, rejections, or settlement amounts.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fly X Journey operates solely as a tour organizer and does not own, manage, or control airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other third-party service providers.
Fly X Journey shall not be liable for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience, additional expense, or damage arising from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or traveler negligence.
Under no circumstances shall Fly X Journey’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the traveler for the tour services. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are expressly excluded.
10. RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRAVELERS
Travelers are solely responsible for:
Safekeeping of passports, visas, tickets, valuables, and personal belongings
Compliance with laws, customs, and regulations of all countries visited
Maintaining acceptable conduct throughout the tour
Fly X Journey reserves the right to terminate the participation of any traveler whose conduct is deemed disruptive or unlawful, without any refund.
11. JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By signing the booking form and/or making payment toward the tour, the traveler confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Fly X Journey reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
