Terms and Conditions

1. Hotel Check-in & Check-out:
   Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion and availability.
2. Driver Timings (Goa):
   Driver services will be available between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM only.
3. Room Occupancy:
   A maximum of three (3) adults is allowed per room. The third guest will be provided with an extra mattress or rollaway bed.
4. Air Conditioning Usage:
   AC will be turned off during uphill drives or as per the driver’s discretion in specific areas.
5. Fixed Itinerary:
   The itinerary is fixed and cannot be altered. Vehicle usage is strictly as per the itinerary and not available at disposal.
6. Hotel Availability:
   In case of non-availability of the listed hotels, alternate accommodation of similar standard will be provided.
7. Air-conditioning in Hill Stations:
   Due to the naturally cool climate, most hotels in hill regions do not have air-conditioning. Air-conditioned rooms can be requested at additional cost (subject to availability).
8. Room Heaters:
   Room heaters are provided on request and are payable directly at the hotel.
9. Hot Water Supply:
   Hot water availability may be limited or time-bound during peak winter season.
10. Houseboat Stays (Kerala):
    Accommodation in houseboats is for a unique experience and comes with limitations such as restricted mobility, limited menu options, and intermittent power/water supply.
11. Vehicle Change at State Borders:
    Due to permit regulations, vehicle changes may occur when crossing state borders. Transfers will be ensured as per itinerary.
12. Travel Duration:
    Travel time may vary due to road and traffic conditions.
13. Hotel Facilities (Northeast India):
    Many hotels in the northeastern region may not have elevators or escalators.
14. ID Proof Requirement (Indian Nationals):
    All Indian travellers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport).
    Note: PAN and Aadhar cards are not accepted as valid travel IDs.
15. ID Proof for Children:
    For children and infants, a school ID card or birth certificate is mandatory.
16. Foreign Nationals / OCI Holders:
    Foreign nationals and OCI card holders are not permitted to visit Restricted/Protected Permit Areas. They must carry a valid passport and visa.
17. Ferry Tickets (Islands):
    o All ferry tickets are booked in base category seats, subject to availability.
    o Ferry timings cannot be confirmed at the time of booking.
    o Adjoining seats are subject to seat availability and group size.
18. Vehicles in Islands:
    Due to restrictions on new vehicles, slightly older vehicles may be used.
    In case of fuel shortage, private transfers may be converted to shared basis and fare differences refunded post travel.
19. Ferry Operations:
    Ferry schedules are managed by private operators and the state government. The best suitable ferry is allocated based on availability.
    Travelers with specific ferry preferences should inform in advance.
20. Restricted Area Permits (Foreign Nationals):
    Foreign nationals must obtain a Restricted Area Permit (RAP) upon arrival at the airport from immigration authorities.
21. Ferry Duration:
    o Port Blair to Havelock: ~1.5 hours via Makruzz/Coastal Cruise (private ferry).
    o ~2.5 hours via Government ferry (subject to weather and availability).
    o In case of bad weather, private ferries may be canceled; government ferries may be provided if operational.
22. Sightseeing Closures:
    o Cellular Jail: Closed on Mondays
    o Ross Island: Closed on Wednesdays
    If any sightseeing is missed due to closure or weather conditions, suitable alternatives will be provided.
23. Unforeseen Circumstances:
    The company shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by weather, natural calamities, political unrest, or any situation beyond control.
